As a busy mom, I know that a meal plan is the make or break between surviving and thriving. And that’s why I created this meal plan. I share the go-to meals, time-saving food prep methods, and easy-to-follow meal plan that I use each week to nourish my own family with delicious, real-food meals.

This product is 100% digital and nothing will be mailed to you. You are welcome to print the meal plan.
UPDATE: A SPIRAL BOUND PRINT OPTION IS COMING!!!
After many requests, we decided to take the meal plan (along with all the recipes included) to print in spiral bound book form!! We are currently printing the meal plan with the printer and awaiting the first shipment. This option will be an add-on that you can purchase at-cost in a few weeks, if desired, and will be shipped to you.
There are only 100 spiral bound books available (being printed right now) and will be offered first to the people who have already purchased the meal plan in digital form. We will notify everyone who has already purchased the meal plan (in digital form) once the spiral bound meal plan books arrive and we can begin shipping! Right now, you can enjoy the meal plan immeadiately in digital form, along with the cooking videos. If you don’t want a spiral bound book, you’re under no obligation to purchase one.
